I've been out of town for the last week and a half with very limited Internet access, so if I usually comment on your posts and haven't, that's why. I'm making my way through my backlog as fast as I can. I may not get everything (you guys were chatty :) ) but I will do the best I can. I love you all and don't want anyone to think I'm ignoring them.

Happy birthday to liz_marcs! She is a lady who always has interesting insights, well researched arguments and reliable source for the real story on any number of kerfluffles that go about lj. She's also one hell of a writer. :) Her writing has rich imagery, complex, involving plots and dynamite characterization.

She also isn't adverse to laughing at herself. I loved the mountain story! I'm lucky to have her on my flist.

The latest episode of Heroes was wonderful, but how can they expect us to wait until April 23rd after dropping bombshells like that on us? I swear someone is getting a sadistic thrill out of this. Anyone know how many episodes there are in the season?

First foray into a new fandom. I haven't abandoned Buffy by a long shot but I'm just so excited by the Stargate Atlantis fandom I couldn't resist sticking my toes in the water. This is totally gen, safe for all eyes. It has no title because all the good titles I could come up with for it were already taken. If anyone has a suggestion I'd like to hear it.
